Upper School Checklist
RAVENNA ACCOUNT
Applicants must have a Ravenna account to access our online admissions portal. Once your account is active, you’ll see more details and may register for events.- PRELIMINARY APPLICATION
Our application opens on September 1, 2023 and includes some background information.
Deadline: November 17, 2023. - IN-PERSON STUDENT INTERVIEW
For applicants to Grade 9, interview dates will be available October 12, 2023. Students are required to attend a small group interview at one of the available times. For applicants to Grades 10, 11 and 12, interviews are based on space availability and are by invitation. - IN-PERSON or ONLINE INFORMATION SESSION
Join us for an information session to learn more about our program and admissions process. - VIRTUAL FAMILY INTERVIEW
For all applicants to Grade 9: applicant and parent/guardian must register and attend a virtual interview with a member of the admissions committee. This virtual interview will last for 30 minutes and should be scheduled within 7 days of submitting your application. - COMMUNITY EVENTS (OPTIONAL)

Families are asked to complete the ISAAGNY Parent Statement Form.
Deadline: January 11, 2024 - STUDENT WRITING SAMPLE
Please upload a sample of written work completed by your child as a school assignment during the current academic year. The sample may be an essay, paragraph or response/reflection. We understand that there are a wide variety of ways that written work is assigned and teachers provide feedback. We prefer that the writing sample include the description of the assignment and the teacher comments/feedback/grade if available.
Deadline: December 15, 2023 - ISAAGNY SCHOOL COMMON ESSAY
Students will be required to respond so several chosen prompts to complete short essays that will be shared with other schools utilizing the same form.
Deadline: January 11, 2024 - TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS
Poly Prep requires Math and English teacher recommendations. If both subjects are taught by one person, that teacher may complete both recommendation forms. We strongly recommend that you request the recommendations after October 15 to give the teacher enough time to get to know your child and complete the form before it is due.
Deadline: January 11, 2024 - TRANSCRIPTS
Print the Transcript Request Form in Ravenna and submit it to the records office at your child’s current school after December 1.
Deadline: January 11, 2024 - ISEE OR SSAT TESTING
Testing is optional for all grades this year so that our applications process does not preclude students who may not have access to resources that enable them to take the test remotely. We support equally students who decide to submit standardized test results and those who do not.
